Subscribe to real-time notifications when a profile's role transitions to a new lifecycle state. When a candidate moves between states — for example from prospect::engaged to applicant::submitted — Full Fabric immediately POSTs a JSON payload to your configured endpoint.

This is the recommended approach for keeping external CRM, SIS, or data warehouse systems in sync with Full Fabric without polling. Each subscription targets a specific state transition (or any transition if left open-ended).
